Course overview
Making Progress builds on foundational LGBTIQ+ inclusion knowledge and shifts the focus toward practical action. This course equips participants with the skills to use inclusive language, recognise unconscious bias, and engage younger generations in meaningful conversations about inclusion. With a forward-looking approach, learners will understand emerging expectations in the workplace and explore tools such as reverse mentoring to strengthen dialogue and foster a culture of continual improvement.
